Admission Requirements

Your LPN credential already counts toward this degree. Here’s what else we require:

LPN to BSN application
Three professional references
Approved background check
Minimum LPN coursework GPA of 2.75
Active, unencumbered LPN license by the start of your first nursing course

Curriculum

LPNs entering the program receive 30 credits toward the 83 total required for the BSN. Learn through lectures, labs and clinical placements at Magnet-designated hospitals.

Tuition

USF charges nursing tuition by the credit hour, plus a nursing-specific course fee.

$100 additional fee per nursing course credit

Financial Aid

LPN to BSN students may be eligible for federal aid by submitting the FAFSA. USF also offers students access to private alternative loans and an interest-free payment plan.
